These are specifically produced for JawGuard. JawGuard is a ear worn medical device that helps treat TMD related symptoms.

These packs can be purchased by dentists to use for patients that are going to have JawGuards.

Each pack contains:

1. Order form – for dentist x1
2. Instructions sheet – User and Audiologist taking impression x1
3. Fixed step bite block x1

Specifically designed for use when taking impressions for Jaw Guard ear inserts but can be used for all types of open jaw impressions.

These are designed to be single use.
