These are sturdy good qaulity speculum. Work well for microsuction. The only improvement is that I woud recommend they come in a larger range of sizes.

4mm × 150, 5mm × 100, 6mm × 100.

Smooth edges and tip for patient comfort.
5mm for depth in narrower canals or 4mm for special treatments such as paediatrics and stenoses.
